Client acknowledges that:

  • Domain availability
  • Email functionality
  • SSL certificate performance
  • Server outages
  • Pricing changes

are ultimately controlled by third-party providers.

ManOfWeb shall not be held liable for interruptions, pricing changes, outages, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

4. Payments & Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All project fees are due as outlined in the client agreement or invoice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.

If hosting or domain services are included in your project, renewal responsibility will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The Client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them.
  • ManOfWeb retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, plugins, or proprietary processes remain the property of ManOfWeb or their respective owners.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Supply necessary content (text, images, branding materials)
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use websites created by ManOfWeb for unlawful purposes

ManOfWeb is not responsible for legal compliance of client content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ManOfWeb shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Revenue increases
  • Traffic increases
  • App store approval

Results vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ManOfWeb from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Client-provided content
  • Client misuse of services
  • Legal violations by Client
  • Copyright infringement within Client materials

10. Termination

ManOfWeb reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Client engages in abusive behavior
  • Illegal activity is suspected
  • Terms are violated

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
